Position: Full-Time, Hourly (Rotating 12 hour shifts)
Location: Kenosha
Requirements: Must have UW Greenbay CBRF Trainings Completed, must have a valid, non-probationary driver's license in good standing.

The Apartment Services Caregiver provides essential, compassionate, and personalized care to residents within an apartment setting. This role supports the daily physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents, ensuring they maintain the highest possible quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.

The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks necessary to maintain and repair residential properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents. This position requires proficiency in several trades, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to prompt and high-quality service. The technician will handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turnarounds, and respond to maintenance requests.

The Residential Services Caregiver provides direct care and support to an individual(s) with developmental disabilities, physical challenges, or chronic illnesses within a residential setting (client's home or community-based group home). The primary goal is to foster independence, ensure health and safety, and enhance the overall quality of life for the client(s).

The Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance for residents in either the Burlington or Kenosha houses. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

On-Call Responsibilities
The Coordinator is required to serve as the 7-day on-call manager for the assigned houses every other week.

Managing call-ins
Responding to emergency needs for residents (Walk-in or ER needs)
Supporting staff members
