Residential Services Caregiver-Burlington $18/hour

The Residential Services Caregiver provides direct care and support to an individual(s) with developmental disabilities, physical challenges, or chronic illnesses within a residential setting (client's home or community-based group home). The primary goal is to foster independence, ensure health and safety, and enhance the overall quality of life for the client(s). 

Key Responsibilities:
Direct Client Care and Support
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Assist clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and running errands.
Administer or assist with medication administration as prescribed and document accurately, adhering to all protocols.
Provide mobility assistance, including safe transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers).
Monitor and document client health status, vital signs, and any significant changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor or medical personnel.
Implement and document behavioral support plans and positive intervention strategies as required.
Understand and adhere to professional and personal boundaries within the residential environment.

Residential Services Coordinator: Burlington $25/Hour

The Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance for residents in either the Burlington or Kenosha houses. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

On-Call Responsibilities
The Coordinator is required to serve as the 7-day on-call manager for the assigned houses every other week.

Getting hours covered
Managing call-ins
Responding to emergency needs for residents (Walk-in or ER needs)
Supporting staff members
