The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks necessary to maintain and repair residential properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents. This position requires proficiency in several trades, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to prompt and high-quality service. The technician will handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turnarounds, and respond to maintenance requests.
