Residential Services Caregiver (Part-Time)

Crabtree Living Solutions is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to support adults in our residential homes. As a Part-Time Residential Services Caregiver, you’ll provide person-centered care that promotes dignity, safety, and independence in a warm, home-like setting.

What you’ll do:

  • Support residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming) with respect and privacy.
  • Follow individualized care plans; provide medication reminders and complete accurate documentation.
  • Encourage independence, skill-building, and community participation through person-centered support.
  • Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Build trusting relationships through companionship and clear, empathetic communication.
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers; use equipment and safety techniques as trained.
  • Accompany or transport residents to appointments and activities, if assigned.
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures; promptly report changes or concerns.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, nurses, and families to ensure excellent, consistent care.

What you’ll bring:

  • Compassion, patience, reliability, and a commitment to person-centered care.
  • 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Caregiving experience is a plus—paid training provided.
  • Ability to use mobile apps for documentation and scheduling.
  • Able to lift/pivot up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if driving residents is assigned.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability for at least two shifts per week, including some weekends or holidays.

Schedule:

  • Part-time, typically 16-24 hours per week.
  • Shifts available: evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of background and reference checks; additional screenings (such as TB/health, drug screening, and driving record) may be required based on assignment and regulations.
  • Compliance with agency policies, state guidelines, and training standards.
