Residential Services Caregiver — Burlington — $18/hour

Crabtree Living Solutions is hiring compassionate, reliable Residential Services Caregivers to support adults in a home-based setting in the Burlington area. If you’re dedicated to helping others live with dignity, independence, and joy, we’d love to meet you.

Pay: $18/hour

Status: Full-time and Part-time

Shifts: Days, evenings, overnights, and weekends (rotating/varied schedules available)

What you’ll do:

  • Provide person-centered support in a residential environment
  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Offer companionship and encourage community engagement
  • Support meal planning, preparation, and household tasks (laundry, light cleaning)
  • Follow individualized care and support plans
  • Provide medication reminders or assistance per training and company policy
  • Document services, observations, and incidents accurately and on time
  • Monitor health and safety; report concerns promptly
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families
  • Assist with transportation to appointments and activities as needed

What you bring:

  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior caregiving or human services experience (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to use basic mobile/computer apps for documentation
  • Ability to lift and assist (up to 50 lbs with support) and stand/walk for extended periods
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (company-provided training available)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred; may be required for some shifts)
  • Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings
  • Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
